Gathering: May 9th - 11th
What to Bring
- Tents, sleeping bags and blankets.
- Clothing for a wide variety of temperatures (this place can get very cold, even in the summertime. Also bring several changes of dry clothing and rain gear)
- Towels
- Other camping gear. (Flashlights, camping chairs, trash can, lighters, matches)
- Something to cook on (for under 20$ you can get a small grill)
- Food and coolers with Ice (you can drive to a nearby store to get more)
- Drink containers (cups or whatever)
- Feast gear (Foam plates, cups and silverware will not be provided)
- Food (we are not providing food other than Saturday night feast so be sure to bring enough)
- Plenty of water (1 Gallon to 1.5 Gallons per person per day is enough)
- Medical supplies, including bandages, hand disinfectant, and any prescriptions you take. (there will be no medical staff on duty at this gathering)
- Medical Insurance Card
- Snacks and things you may want to drink.
- Drums or other musical instruments
- Candles tapers please any color and one for your camp site (short pillars or such like that)
- Matches and lighters
Rules
- Absolutely no controlled substances (no exceptions)
- Prescriptions must be in your own name, and only be used by the person whose name is on the prescription bottle.
- No alcohol for minors, including your own children.
- No firearms allowed.
- You must respect the owner's property and all local laws. This also means that when you leave your camping area, it must look better than when you found it.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason.
- No pets or familars are allowed, except service animals.
- No personal, campsite fires without the express permission of the Property Owners, Security and Gathering Coordinators.
- All minors not accompanied by a custodial parent or legal guardian, must be accompanied by an adult (over 21) appointed by their custodial parent or legal guardian. They must also, present to Registration three copies of the following form, which is available by clicking the link here.
- If you are caught breaking any of the rules, we reserve the right to not allow you into the gathering and/or remove you from the gathering with no refund. If local laws are broken, we will involve law enforcement!
Notice:
- Due to limited space, registration is limited to the first 100 people that register on a first come, first serve basis.
Pricing
- $25 For Adults 18 and over when you preregister. You may pay by check, money order, or at the gate.
- $30 At the gate if you did not preregister.
- $5 for "Daytrippers" People who do not wish to stay the whole gathering but just visiting for the day.
- Children 13 and under are free
